Please note that delivery times are indicative of the specified delivery time.
It may happen that some items are temporarily in backorder and may take a little longer. We will contact you as soon as possible with the expected delivery time when this is available to us.
Purchase of goods
Once you have selected the items you want and placed them in the shopping cart, you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. When this is done, you will receive a confirmation of your order per. email. Please note that this is not the final invoice.
Here you will also receive a link which is your overview of your order. Here you can keep up with the updated status regarding delivery times and expected shipment to you.
As soon as the payment is approved and the item is registered in our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the dispatch of your order. In the mail we will inform you about your personal package number, which you can always trace. You will also be able to see your receipt in the form of the final invoice. Broendesign.dk will only deduct the amount for your purchase when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

We use a log statistic at broendesign.dk which means that a statistics system collects information which can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is abandoned etc.
At Broen Interior Design Aps, we provide 30 days full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper and original packaging and at the same time without damage (no writing or unnecessary use of tape on the original box), and always receive a receipt for sending your return package.
Only cost when you regret is the postage to send the item back to us.
Incorrect or unjustifiable packaging can result in freight damage with the consequence that we reject the claim, so remember to be careful. You are always welcome to contact us for advice and guidance on the transport. Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and preferably within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return of the goods.
You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly wrapped.
If the item has been fitted or otherwise shows signs of wear, use and / or damage, we reserve the right to refuse to return it.

Broendesign.dk recommends that the item be returned as a parcel post. This way, it is possible to trace the package and thus eliminates any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to broendesign.dk. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to request the parcel if delivery has not taken place.
Goods returned on demand, or shipped without postage, will be denied by broendesin.dk.
Once we receive the item and approve the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible in accordance with section 21 of the Consumer Agreement Act. 3 and 4. We only repay the credit card with which the goods have been purchased. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards. If you have received the item as a gift and thus not the holder of the card used under the original order, it is possible to have the money transferred to another account number. In such cases, remember to attach the registration and account number to a bank transfer. And remember to save your receipt as proof of shipment.

The new complaint system brings together all consumer complaints about goods and services purchased online in the EU.
This means that you now have the opportunity to complain directly to the European webshop where you bought a product or service that did not live up to expectations.
The new complaint system works by allowing consumers to submit their complaints directly to the ODR site, whereupon it is automatically translated into the current language and forwarded to that webshop. The webshop will then have the option of pressing a green or red button depending on whether you accept the complaint or not.
The green button sends the complaint to a local consumer complaint board (for the webshop) outside the court system, as we know it in Denmark with, among other things, the Insurance Complaints Board and the Telecommunications Complaints Board.
On the other hand, if the company presses the red button, the complaint is rejected and the consumer must, as heretofore, contact the local Danish Complaints Board or Consumer Europe with its complaint about ‘good’, old fashioned way with emails, telephone calls and long waiting times for the decision.

All goods are covered by the Purchasing Act’s rules on 24 months of right to claim. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product, which occurred within 24 months after the purchase.
The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to improper use, failure to maintain or ordinary wear and tear.
